Pollon's first time Beyond the Load Region
The area Beyond the Load Region (known as Load-Free Region in the original translation) refers to the area that isn't currently observed by living beings within the simulation. It's located outside of the simulated world. It stores everything that is not currently observed.
Since it's established that the world is simulated, even for a QCDC, a simulation of this scale would be hard to run. To minimize the load, the QCDC optimizes the simulation. Specifically, it omits every place that is not being observed until someone actually sees it. For example, it omits outer space and inside of the planet too, like its core and mantle. It even omits the area people are not currently looking at. The omission ends the moment something is observed. By saving load, the QCDC can minimize freezing, and errors and increase equipment's lifespan.

By reaching it, factors within the simulation can come into direct contact with their simulation's Observer. It's also worth mentioning that the Black Knight satellite which functions as the Observer's "eye" is located there.
Conversely, the Load Region refers to everything that is currently rendered and observed by living beings within the simulation.

- Steins;Gate: The Movie - Load Region of Déjà Vu has Load Region in it's name. In the movie, Load and Beyond the Load regions are important plot elements and occur many times.
