Known as the “All-Seeing Eye of God”, this is one of the symbols commonly associated with the Committee of 300 by conspiracy theorists

The Committee of 300 (300人委員会, 300-nin iinkai) is a secret society with 300 members in it worldwide, which for over a century has plotted world domination, with the goal of a one-world government, also known as the Human Domestication Project or the New World Order. It serves as the central antagonist of the Science Adventure Series.

The Committee of 300 is mentioned in Chapter 11. It implies that the Committee is a part of a bigger structure called the Deep State, which also controls the Vatican (and therefore Holy Office 513). This information is not mentioned by the characters themselves, but it appears in 4chan forum.
